Meet The Meal Plan Lady
In the beginning…there were two young children and two overwhelmed parents, who did not want to eat take out every night. We were in survival mode but we had to figure out a way to feed ourselves without investing much time. Enter meal planning and preparation to save the day!
My name is Wendy Smith Warden and I’ve always had a love of planning and preparation. I grew up in Philippi, WV and now live in Bridgeport, WV with my family. I attended West Virginia University, obtaining a BS in Business and a MS in Human Resources. I worked in the HR field until my son was born in 2016, and in 2019 our daughter was born. They are both of school age now and it’s time for me to share my plans with you and I truly hope, simplify your eating plans each week.
